Returns Policy

All food and consumable product sales are final. For safety and quality reasons, Cam's Fruit Snacks LLC does not accept returns or exchanges, including for unopened products. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we will review it under the terms below.
All sales are final
Cam's Fruit Snacks are consumable products that cannot be restocked once shipped. We therefore do not accept mailed-back products, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, ordering mistakes, taste preference, or any other buyer's-remorse reason. Please review your cart, address, ingredients, and order details before checkout.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Contact us within 7 days after delivery if your order was damaged in transit, defective when received, or different from what you ordered. Include:
- Your order number and a description of the issue
- Clear photos of the affected product and product label
- Photos of the outer package, shipping label, and any visible damage
Keep the product and all packaging until we finish the review. Do not consume a product if a seal is broken, the pouch is open, or the product appears compromised.
Replacement or refund
If we approve a damaged, defective, or incorrect-order claim, we will normally replace the affected item at no additional charge. If a replacement is unavailable or we determine a refund is the appropriate resolution, we will refund the affected item and any applicable shipping charge to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary.
What is not covered
- Change of mind, taste preference, or ordering the wrong quantity
- Products damaged after delivery or stored contrary to package directions
- Issues reported more than 7 days after delivery
- Normal differences in color, shape, texture, or packaging presentation
- Orders sent to an incorrect address supplied at checkout
Cancellations and order changes
Email us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. We will try to help, but changes are not guaranteed after checkout and cannot be made after fulfillment begins. A timely cancellation that we can complete before fulfillment will be refunded to the original payment method.
How to report an order problem
Email support@camsfruitsnacks.com with the information above. Our team will review the request and reply with next steps. Do not mail a product back unless we provide written instructions.

Nothing in this policy limits any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
