Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract to place an order. If you use the site for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You are responsible for accurate checkout and contact information.

Product photographs, colors, packaging, and descriptions may vary slightly from the item delivered. Always read the physical product label before use. The label controls for current ingredients, allergens, serving information, directions, warnings, and best-by information.

Website content is general product information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use it as a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. Consult a professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a medical condition, have an allergy, or have questions about whether the product is appropriate for you.

An order is an offer to purchase and is subject to acceptance, payment authorization, inventory, and fraud review. We may limit quantities, reject, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including inventory shortages, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel after payment, we will issue a refund.

Prices and availability come from our Shopify store and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and the final order total are shown at checkout. If a displayed price is clearly incorrect, we may cancel the affected order and refund it rather than fulfill at the erroneous price.

Quantity discounts, free shipping, codes, and other promotions are subject to the eligibility, dates, products, quantities, and combination rules shown with the offer or at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions have no cash value, cannot be applied to past purchases, and may not be combined. We may correct or end an offer where permitted by law, but will not change an accepted order retroactively without your agreement.

Checkout and payment processing are provided through Shopify and its payment partners. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected method and authorize the applicable charges. Third-party payment terms and privacy policies may also apply.

Our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy are incorporated into these Terms. Food and consumable product sales are final, but we review timely claims for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. These policies do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

We may send service messages about orders and support requests. Marketing email or text messages require the applicable opt-in and can be stopped as described in the message. Marketing text participation is governed by our SMS Terms, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

You may not use the site unlawfully; interfere with its operation or security; access another person's data; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content through automated means without permission; impersonate another person; submit fraudulent orders; or infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to protect the site, customers, or business.

The site, brand names, logos, photography, graphics, text, software, and other content are owned by Cam's Fruit Snacks LLC or its licensors and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the site for personal, noncommercial shopping. No other right is granted without written permission.

If you submit a review, photo, suggestion, or other content, you represent that it is truthful, lawful, and yours to share. You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display it in connection with our business, subject to our Privacy Policy. We may remove content that violates these Terms. We do not restrict your right to provide an honest review.

The site may depend on or link to third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors, carriers, and social platforms. We do not control third-party content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement to the extent they can lawfully be disclaimed. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access. This section does not disclaim any express product warranty or consumer protection that cannot be waived.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cam's Fruit Snacks LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the site or these Terms. Where a limitation is permitted, aggregate liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits apply only to the extent permitted. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These Terms and disputes arising from them or your purchase are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except to the extent U.S. federal law applies or another law provides a consumer right that cannot be waived. To the extent permitted by applicable law, a dispute must be brought in a state or federal court in Texas that has jurisdiction over the dispute and the parties. This venue provision does not prevent either party from bringing an eligible matter in small-claims court, and nothing in these Terms limits a nonwaivable consumer right or a right to use another forum where applicable law permits.

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and changing the date above. Material changes apply only as permitted by law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a business transfer.

These Terms and the incorporated policies are the entire agreement about the site and online purchases, except for any separate written agreement that expressly controls.
