SMS Terms

Depending on the opt-in you select, messages may include product launches, promotions, cart reminders, availability updates, surveys, or other Cam's Fruit Snacks marketing. Transactional order or customer-service messages may be offered separately. Message frequency varies.

By providing your mobile number through a clearly labeled opt-in and affirmatively agreeing, you authorize Cam's Fruit Snacks and its messaging provider to send recurring automated texts to that number for the disclosed purpose. Your consent is voluntary, not a condition of purchase, and applies only to the seller and program identified at opt-in. You must be at least 18 and the account holder or authorized user of the number.

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Cam's Fruit Snacks does not charge a separate fee for the program. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to wireless network availability.

Reply STOP to opt out of texts from the program. We may send one non-promotional confirmation text. You may also use another reasonable method to tell us to stop, including emailing the address below. We will honor valid revocation requests within the time required by law.

Reply HELP for help or email support@camsfruitsnacks.com. Opting out of marketing texts does not prevent non-marketing messages that are permitted by law, such as responses you request or essential order communications.

Tell us before you stop using or transfer a mobile number enrolled in the program. You are responsible for keeping your number current and for charges incurred before we process a valid update or opt-out.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. We do not sell or share your mobile number, text-message opt-in data, or consent records with third parties for their own marketing. We may use messaging and compliance providers to operate the program and document your choices.

We may change, suspend, or end a text program. We will provide notice where required and will not use a material change to expand your consent beyond what you agreed to. These SMS Terms are also subject to the general limitations and nonwaivable-rights provisions in our Terms of Service.
