Shipping Policy

Cam's Fruit Snacks LLC packs orders in the United States and sends tracking when an order leaves our fulfillment location. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly promise otherwise.

Processing times

Orders normally leave our fulfillment location within 1–2 business days after we receive a complete order and payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Launches, promotions, weather, or unusually high order volume may extend processing. A shipping confirmation with tracking is sent when your order is handed to the carrier.

Delivery estimates

Standard domestic ground delivery is usually estimated at 2–5 business days after shipment. Available services, rates, and current estimates are shown at checkout. Carrier scans and delivery estimates are not guarantees and may change after shipment.

Free shipping on $100+ orders

Eligible U.S. orders qualify for free standard shipping when the merchandise subtotal is $100 or more after discounts and before taxes or shipping charges. The free-shipping option appears automatically at checkout when the order and destination qualify.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States. The destinations and services available for a particular order are the options displayed at checkout. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

If we cannot ship on time

If we learn that we cannot ship within the stated time, we will contact you with a revised shipping date and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund. We may also cancel and refund an order if we cannot fulfill it.

Addresses and delivery

Check your name and shipping address carefully before submitting the order. Email us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot promise an address change once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing a deliverable address and a secure delivery location. Additional postage may apply if a package is returned because the address supplied at checkout was incomplete or incorrect.

Missing or damaged packages

If tracking is stalled, marked delivered but missing, or the package arrives damaged, email us promptly with your order number. For visible shipping damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery and keep the product, shipping label, and all packaging.

Photos may be required so we can review the issue and, when appropriate, submit a carrier claim. See our Returns Policy for replacement and refund terms.
